We are thrilled to be part of this new project in downtown East Peoria! 501 Bluetowne will be a 219-unit apartment complex with 10,000 square feet of commercial space. Our project team consists of Mike Carithers as the Project Executive, Logan Hangartner as Senior Project Manager, Clayton Hartter as Project Engineer, Seth Braker as Senior Superintendent, and Dennis Zimmermann as Project Superintendent.
