Out at our Chic site in Peoria, exciting progress is underway on not one, but two projects! The Chic Apartments project has just kicked off, with the building pad completed and support foundations now in place. Meanwhile, the Chic Flats renovation is moving along steadily. The 3rd floor is being painted, the 2nd floor is being drywalled, and rough-ins are underway on the 1st floor. This unique project involves transforming a historic manufacturing plant into 22 luxury condos and a retail space. We’re thrilled to watch these spaces come to life and can’t wait to see the final results!
